About the role
Mazzeh Lebanese Restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Captain to lead its front‑of‑house team in Amman. The Captain will ensure seamless service, uphold high hospitality standards, and create memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the service team during each shift.
- Maintain restaurant service standards and guest relations.
- Oversee table settings, order taking, and timely delivery of food.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, or the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in a professional hotel or restaurant environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a service team.
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
