Robotics & AI Trainer – Education & Content Development

About the role

RobotEd is looking for a full‑time Robotics & AI Trainer to deliver hands‑on robotics, programming and electronics sessions to children and young learners in Amman. The role combines classroom instruction with the creation of structured educational content, lesson plans and assessment tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training workshops on robotics, programming, and electronics for various age groups.
• Design and develop lesson plans, project activities, assessments and trainer resources.
• Maintain and troubleshoot educational robot kits to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Adapt technical concepts into clear, age‑appropriate explanations.
• Utilise digital educational tools, presentation software and online platforms to enhance learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, AI, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching, training or mentoring in a technical environment.
• Strong communication skills and a learner‑centered mindset.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and tailor content to different skill levels.

Required skills

• Robotics and robotic welding for instructional use.
• Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of robot systems.
• Hands‑on experience with educational robots (e.g., LEGO Education Kits, Arduino).
• Familiarity with PictoBlox, electronics and basic programming fundamentals.
• Proficiency with digital educational tools, presentation software and online learning platforms.
