About the role
MetLife Jordan is seeking motivated Sales Agents to join its insurance team in Amman. The role focuses on promoting insurance products and delivering financial services to individual and corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the portfolio.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or Insurance.
- Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong motivation to meet sales goals and develop client relationships.
