Sales Agent – Life Insurance

About the role

MetLife Insurance Company is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to promote life insurance products in Jordan. You will work in a dynamic environment, building strong client relationships and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets using professional sales techniques.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate client requirements with internal departments.
• Identify market opportunities and communicate product benefits to prospective customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Insurance or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong communication and selling abilities; knowledge of insurance is a plus.
