Sales Development Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Specialist to drive new business for our recruitment and HR outsourcing services. The role is fully remote and focuses on identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and supporting the growth of Taj HR Consultancy’s client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for recruitment and HR outsourcing solutions across various industries.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone and networking to engage potential clients.
• Schedule and lead discovery meetings with decision‑makers and present service offerings.
• Understand client hiring and HR operational needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of B2B sales, business development or account management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record in lead generation and outbound sales.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
