Sales Executive – B2B Media & Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive B2B revenue for Nawa Company and Nawa Studio. The role focuses on acquiring corporate clients for our integrated media and digital marketing services, working from our Khalda office in Amman.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and build a portfolio of corporate clients across diverse industries.
• Promote and sell our suite of services, including professional photography, videography, video editing, content creation, and digital‑marketing strategy development.
• Lead commercial negotiations, draft and review contracts, and secure signed agreements.
• Analyse client needs to craft tailored proposals and presentations that align with their marketing objectives.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within digital‑marketing agencies or production studios.
• Strong understanding of media production, visual content, and digital marketing landscapes.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and contract‑drafting abilities.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills, with a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of professional photography and videography services.
• Familiarity with video editing and content creation processes.
• Understanding of digital‑marketing strategy development and execution.
