Sales Executive – Hotel Sales

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business for the DoubleTree hotel by analysing market trends, identifying opportunities and building relationships with corporate clients. This role is based in the hotel’s Aqaba office and works closely with internal departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to generate new business leads.
• Develop and nurture customer accounts within the region to increase market share across all revenue streams.
• Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients.
• Design and implement creative local marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns.
• Prepare contracts in line with current pricing and business conditions.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Attend sales events and represent the hotel as required.
• Produce accurate reports on appointments, calls, leads and other sales activities for senior management.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
