About the role

MetLife Jordan is seeking a motivated Sales Life Insurance professional to join its Amman office. The role focuses on identifying prospective customers, understanding their financial protection needs, and offering tailored life insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, referrals and inbound inquiries.
• Conduct needs‑based consultations and present appropriate life insurance products.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Prepare proposals, document client interactions and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with policyholders, providing service and support throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Participate in training sessions, local marketing activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, able to explain insurance concepts clearly.
• Basic financial literacy and interest in life insurance and retirement planning.
• Organised, able to manage multiple prospects and follow‑up activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field preferred; relevant sales or insurance experience is a plus.
• High integrity, professionalism and adherence to compliance standards.
