Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will be based on‑site at our Amman hotel, leading the development and execution of sales strategies that drive room, event and ancillary revenue. You will focus on corporate, leisure and group segments, acting as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new business opportunities across target markets.
• Nurture and expand relationships with existing corporate, leisure and group clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Collaborate with revenue management, marketing and operations to optimise pricing, packages and guest offers.
• Participate in local networking events, trade shows and sales meetings.
• Track performance against targets, maintain accurate CRM records and report results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, including business development and account management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with revenue, marketing and operations teams.
• Organised, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic and additional languages are a plus.
