Sales Representative – Insurance & Financial Solutions

About the role

Join MetLife’s Sales Department in Amman as a full‑time Sales Representative. You will work directly with clients to understand their insurance and financial needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with MetLife’s commitment to innovative, customer‑focused services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate insurance and financial products.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Support team training initiatives to enhance overall sales strategy.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience with a results‑driven mindset.
• Experience in training or developing team capabilities is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Arabic highly desirable.
