Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will join Vigil AI’s Amman office to drive revenue growth for our autonomy‑first video intelligence platform. Working on‑site, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients understand how our platform enhances safety and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for AI‑based video security solutions.
• Present product demonstrations and tailor proposals to client needs.
• Provide training and onboarding for new customers.
• Deliver exceptional post‑sale support and monitor client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven track record in sales and sales management, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Self‑motivated, strategic thinker with problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to adapt solutions to diverse industry requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with technology or AI‑based products is a plus.
