About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join SorsX, the pioneering hands‑free recruiting platform powered by autonomous AI agents. In this role you will drive lead generation, analyse customer needs and manage key accounts to accelerate our market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and attract potential clients.
• Conduct cold‑calling campaigns to initiate conversations and create new sales opportunities.
• Manage assigned accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Utilise CRM tools to record interactions, monitor sales activities and maintain pipeline visibility.
• Apply negotiation techniques to close deals and maximise revenue.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase SorsX’s value proposition.
• Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and analyse customer needs.
• Strong account management and relationship‑building skills.
• Effective negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
