Sales Specialist – Laboratory Equipment

About the role

AnalyticaOne Group is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join its Amman office. You will work directly with scientific and industrial clients, promoting analytical laboratory equipment and solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the laboratory equipment market.
• Manage existing accounts, conduct client visits, and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, market feedback, and support basic product training for customers.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives and contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in analytical or laboratory instruments.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to travel locally as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, chemistry, biochemistry or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
