Sales Team Lead

About the role

TajHR, a fast‑growing HR consultancy serving Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region, is seeking a results‑driven Sales Team Lead. You will own the full sales cycle, develop new business opportunities and mentor junior sales staff while promoting our recruitment, HR outsourcing and workforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across multiple industries in the MENA market.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, business owners and senior decision‑makers.
• Present TajHR’s service portfolio and create tailored proposals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Lead, mentor and support junior sales team members.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, HR solutions or SaaS.
• Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle independently.
• Strong knowledge of the Jordanian and Saudi business markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
• Based in Amman and willing to travel for client meetings.
