Scrum Master – Digital Banking Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead and coordinate digital banking initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including business, IT, operations, compliance, and external vendors—to deliver innovative digital solutions that meet business goals and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlogs, define requirements, and ensure clear communication.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations, providing regular status reports to management.
• Support issue resolution, testing coordination, and delivery governance in fast‑paced banking environments.
• Drive digital transformation across mobile banking, onboarding, payments, and customer experience while ensuring compliance with banking standards.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, self‑organization, and accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) and strong understanding of payments and banking services.
