Senior Account Manager - B2B

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager – B2B to accelerate Tafakkur’s growth across Jordan. The successful candidate will build and nurture long‑term partnerships with schools and educational organisations, translating our curriculum and training solutions into measurable value for each institution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new school and institutional accounts throughout Jordan.
• Develop trusted relationships with key decision‑makers such as school owners, principals and academic leaders.
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle—from discovery and presentations to proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Craft tailored value propositions and proposals that align Tafakkur’s educational solutions with client needs.
• Maintain and expand existing accounts, spotting opportunities for further collaboration.
• Coordinate with academic, training, development and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
• Provide post‑sale support, address challenges and sustain strong client relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and feed insights back to the team.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and achieve agreed revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development or partnership roles.
• Proven track record of relationship building, negotiation, presentations and closing deals.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Research‑oriented mindset with the ability to quickly grasp complex educational concepts.
• Confidence engaging senior decision‑makers and handling detailed client inquiries.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take ownership of results.
• Willingness to travel across Jordan as required.
