Senior Account Manager – Levant Region

About the role

Shifra, a leading value‑added distributor of cybersecurity solutions in the Middle East, is looking for a proactive Senior Account Manager to drive business growth across the Levant region. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, expanding partner relationships, and ensuring successful execution of vendor initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with partners and resellers throughout the Levant region.
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and partner engagement.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual targets.
• Collaborate closely with cybersecurity vendors for alignment, enablement, and joint planning.
• Deliver accurate forecasting and regular business reporting.
• Identify and onboard new partners within the region.
• Represent Shifra at events, partner activities, and roadshows.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity sales/account management.
• Strong background in channel sales (resellers, SIs, distributors, or vendor experience).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to travel across multiple Levant countries as required.
• Independent, driven, and capable of managing a regional territory.
