Senior Accountant

About the role

Key Jordan is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead its finance team. The role involves overseeing general accounting operations, preparing accurate financial statements, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and execute month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure tax compliance, support tax filings and audits.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors for accurate reporting.
• Maintain financial records, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with tax compliance and financial audits (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
