Senior Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Auditor to join Azar Human Resource Solutions in Amman on a permanent basis. The role will lead comprehensive financial audits, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the integrity of the company’s financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute audit plans for financial statements in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify financial, operational and compliance risks and design audit procedures.
• Perform detailed audits of accounting records, financial statements and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data to detect anomalies, provide recommendations and drive improvements.
• Communicate audit findings and progress to senior management and clients clearly and concisely.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports documenting methodology, findings and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial auditing, preferably in external audit environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and audit methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and attention‑to‑detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
