Financial Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Financial Reporting Specialist at Azadea's Business Services will support both periodic and ad‑hoc financial reporting, ensuring accurate consolidation and analytical insight for the group. You will work closely with finance teams to maintain control policies and deliver high‑quality reporting packages.

Key responsibilities

• Create internal reporting packages on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Assist in preparing analytical insights for consolidated and non‑consolidated financial statements.
• Conduct special projects and ad‑hoc analyses as requested.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
• Plan and execute the monthly consolidation process, including all elimination entries.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, shareholders’ equity, cash flow).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• 2‑4 years of experience in a similar financial reporting or consolidation role.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Strong customer focus, financial acumen, planning ability, collaboration skills, and adaptability.
