Senior Booth Coordinator

About the role

The King Hussein Cancer Foundation is looking for a Senior Booth Coordinator to lead the planning, execution and performance monitoring of all its permanent and temporary fundraising booths.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end operations of KHCF booths, including set‑up, staffing, logistics and tear‑down.
• Monitor booth performance metrics to ensure revenue targets and donor engagement goals are met.
• Maintain consistent brand representation and operational efficiency across all booth locations.
• Collaborate with the Local Individual Development and Fundraising Department to align booth activities with overall fundraising strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, social sciences, administrative studies or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in booth management, event coordination or fundraising operations.
