Senior Data Scientist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design and deliver data‑driven solutions that address complex business challenges and generate measurable impact. Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams and technical experts, you will turn problems into scalable analytical, machine learning and Generative AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI and analytics opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data‑science and machine‑learning solutions.
• Validate data availability and define analytical approaches for new use cases.
• Build predictive models, machine‑learning pipelines and Generative AI applications.
• Design robust data pipelines and analytical workflows that are production‑ready.
• Apply data processing, feature engineering and statistical modelling techniques.
• Ensure solutions follow software‑engineering and MLOps best practices.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and support delivery across multiple initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience delivering data‑science or machine‑learning solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Python programming and modern data‑science libraries.
• Statistical modelling, data‑modeling and feature engineering.
• Designing scalable data pipelines and production‑ready AI solutions.
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
