Senior Intelligence Collection Manager

About the role

The Senior Intelligence Collection Manager will support Operation Inherent Resolve by leading collection management and geospatial intelligence activities. This position works within a joint/combined intelligence team to deliver actionable intelligence to warfighters and senior officials.

Key responsibilities

• Manage intelligence collection requirements and coordinate with DoD and partner agencies.
• Oversee geospatial intelligence analysts in exploiting imagery and advanced geospatial products.
• Produce briefings, reports, and debriefs for senior decision‑makers.
• Utilize collection management systems and secure communication networks to ensure timely delivery of intelligence.

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least eight years of intelligence analysis experience.
• Minimum six years of collection‑management experience within DoD or equivalent agencies.
• Strong understanding of DoD collection techniques, capabilities, and applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• MS Office (including PowerPoint).
• COUGAR, Crate, GROOT, GETS, UNICORN, iSPY, C2PC.
• IC collection‑management systems such as Coliseum.
• Secure networks: JWICS, INTELINK, SIPRNet (MIRC, Jabber Chat).
