Senior Production Artist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Production Artist to join our team in Amman. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will create and finalise visual materials for immigration documentation, marketing collateral and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, refine and deliver production‑ready artwork and layout files for print and digital use.
• Design packaging, brochures, flyers and other marketing assets while adhering to brand and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with translation, immigration and marketing teams to interpret briefs and manage multiple projects.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and implement feedback to improve visual workflows.
• Conduct file preparation, quality checks and ensure compliance with visa documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience as a Production Artist or similar role; experience in immigration or professional services is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
