Senior SATCOM Engineer (Tiger Team)

About the role

The Senior SATCOM Engineer will join the Tiger Team at Site 1, Jordan, to design, install, maintain and support advanced satellite communications and enterprise network infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install and sustain LAN, WAN and VoIP systems for enterprise use.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex network and RF environments.
• Operate and maintain satellite modems, redundancy switches, converters, amplifiers, antennas, ACUs and related hardware.
• Utilize test measurement and diagnostic equipment beyond built‑in‑test capabilities for troubleshooting.
• Manage inventory of telecommunications supplies and ensure compliance with security and configuration standards.
• Support and program iDirect, Linkway, FDMA and TDMA modems and associated hubs.

Required profile

• Active US Government Secret clearance (interim acceptable) and US citizenship.
• DoD 8140 qualification for Network Operations Specialist (Level Intermediate) or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related field, or equivalent military training.
• Minimum ten years of relevant experience in satellite communications and enterprise networking.
