Service Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Service Operations Manager to lead the delivery and support of mission‑critical airport and aviation technology solutions. You will ensure high availability, reliability and continuous improvement of services while guiding multidisciplinary teams across application support, cloud operations, infrastructure and service management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing Service Operations team, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management.
• Define operational strategies, support models and ensure service stability, scalability and resilience.
• Deliver services in line with SLAs and OLAs, managing incident, problem, change and major‑incident processes.
• Conduct root‑cause investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee service transitions, operational readiness for new products and customer deployments.
• Manage cloud‑based solutions on Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure, networking, databases, APIs and monitoring.
• Drive automation and efficiency through scripting and tooling, supporting cloud transformation projects.
• Lead application support teams, coordinate deployments, upgrades and releases, and collaborate with development and product teams.
• Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and observability standards.
