SharePoint Developer – Design & Build Enterprise Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a SharePoint Developer to design, build and maintain high‑quality SharePoint solutions (both Online and on‑premises) that meet evolving business needs. The role will lead projects from concept through deployment while ensuring performance, scalability and code quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee SharePoint user access, application deployment and daily monitoring.
• Administer SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online, including backup, restore, site creation and performance analysis.
• Configure document libraries, lists and WSS site collections across a distributed environment.
• Gather requirements from business users, write specifications and develop customizations, workflows and UI enhancements.
• Apply object‑oriented programming best practices and design patterns to create robust solutions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve software issues promptly.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
• Produce periodic reports on task execution, deviations and delivery schedules.
