About the role
WebAppRoots is seeking a full‑time Social Media Coordinator to join its Amman office. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across a range of social platforms while ensuring a consistent brand voice.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and schedule daily posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to support campaigns and create visual assets.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimisations to increase reach and conversions.
- Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Required profile
- Strong communication and writing abilities.
- Proactive, collaborative work style with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
