Spare Parts Manager

About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Spare Parts Manager to lead our spare parts operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, strong sales performance, and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the spare parts team.
- Manage inventory levels, procurement, and stock control.
- Set pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, turnover, and reduce obsolete stock.
- Coordinate with service and sales departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and customs requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years experience in spare parts or automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and inventory management abilities.
- Good analytical and decision‑making skills.
- Knowledge of procurement and pricing strategies.
