Storeroom Supervisor – Warehouse & Food Service Operations

About the role

The Storeroom Supervisor oversees all aspects of rations supply and warehouse operations, ensuring continuous 24/7/365 food service support. Working closely with Dining Facility Supervisors, the role guarantees compliance with military and corporate standards while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient storage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, execute, and supervise personnel for rations supply, material handling, storage, inspection, receiving, inventory control, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with DFAC Manager and Supervisors to sustain uninterrupted food service operations.
• Enforce compliance with AFI 34-239, AFMAN 34-240, Tri‑Service Food Code, and HACCP procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all food received, stored, and transferred.
• Develop and update policies, procedures, and operational improvements.
• Safeguard government and contractor property, ensuring proper utilization.
• Perform escort duties and other assigned tasks.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred).
• Current Serve‑Safe certification or ability to obtain one.
• Forklift certification (up to 10 K) or willingness to be certified.
• Ability to operate manual‑transmission vehicles.
• Experience in warehouse or food‑service logistics preferred.
