Systems Engineer – Jordan (Enterprise Pre‑Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to work closely with our sales team in Jordan, supporting the full sales cycle for enterprise customers. You will act as the technical lead from initial inquiries through to post‑sales implementation, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Collaborate with internal and partner teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners.
• Continuously deepen knowledge of Fortinet products and the competitive landscape.
• Present solutions through white‑boarding, technical papers and customer discussions.
• Maintain accurate activity and technical data in Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Strong aptitude for security technologies such as encryption and authentication.
• Experience in a pre‑sales engineering role managing end‑to‑end technical deals.
• Proven problem‑solving skills that have contributed to key wins.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• CISSP accreditation is a plus.
