Technical Presales Engineer

About the role

TSME Solutions is seeking a motivated Technical Presales Engineer to join its digital transformation team. You will work closely with sales and technical teams to understand client needs and shape value‑driven solutions throughout the presales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support discovery sessions and capture client business requirements.
• Gather and document both business and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Deliver product demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses and proposal preparation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Technical teams.
• Support solution positioning based on customer objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in presales, business analysis, solution consulting or a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English language skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM).
• Basic knowledge of Governance.
• Basic knowledge of Performance Management.
• Basic knowledge of Enterprise Architecture.
