About the role
We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our growing team in the mobile devices sector. You will be responsible for generating sales through outbound phone calls, building relationships with potential customers, and achieving set targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote mobile device products.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while working under pressure.
Required profile
- Previous experience in telesales or telephone sales.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Professional and confident communication style.
Required skills
- Customer service and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
