Telephone Operator

About the role
The Telephone Operator joins the Guest Experience team at a Ritz‑Carlton property in Amman. You will be the first point of contact for guests calling the hotel, providing information, handling requests and ensuring a smooth, memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound guest calls promptly and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions and reservations.
- Log guest requests, relay messages to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure completion.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest data and adhere to company policies.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as updating guest records and preparing reports.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
