About the role
The Telephone Operator joins the Guest Experience team at a Ritz‑Carlton property in Amman. You will be the first point of contact for guests calling the hotel, helping to create a seamless and memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
- Process operational requests, such as reservations, wake‑up calls, and guest inquiries.
- Provide local area information and highlight hotel services.
- Complete daily reports and log guest interactions accurately.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
- Follow company policies, protect confidential information, and uphold quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
