Terminal IT Manager

About the role

The Terminal IT Manager will lead all IT services and technology operations that support the terminal’s business and operational needs. This role ensures reliable technology delivery, drives digital transformation, and safeguards cybersecurity across the terminal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day IT operations and service delivery at the terminal.
• Maintain availability and reliability of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
• Support terminal operating systems and business applications.
• Coordinate IT support for both operational and corporate functions.
• Manage IT incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls.
• Oversee network, hardware, software, and telecommunications services.
• Participate in technology projects and system implementations.
• Collaborate with central IT teams on enterprise initiatives.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Monitor performance against service‑level agreements.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with group policies.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digitalisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of IT experience, including management responsibility.
• Experience in ports, terminals, logistics or 24/7 operational environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networks, applications and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience managing IT vendors and projects.
• Relevant IT certifications are an advantage.
