TRACK PMS Expert / Webmaster

About the role

We are seeking an experienced TRACK PMS Expert to own and manage our company's use of the TRACK Property Management System. This highly technical position requires hands‑on expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing TRACK PMS, as well as coordinating with the vendor’s support team.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily operations of TRACK PMS, including settings, workflows, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, system errors, and data synchronization problems.
• Monitor and resolve integration issues between TRACK and third‑party platforms.
• Work directly with TRACK’s support and technical teams to resolve complex incidents.
• Document recurring problems, solutions, and configuration details.
• Provide internal support and guidance to team members on TRACK usage.
• Identify and implement improvements to workflows and system configurations.
• Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert and primary point of contact for TRACK PMS.

Required profile

• Expert‑level, hands‑on experience with TRACK PMS (non‑negotiable).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of independent investigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of technical issues.
