Training Center Manager

About the role

The Training Center Manager will lead the daily operations of Arcadia’s training facility in Amman, Jordan. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that training programs run smoothly, resources are optimally allocated, and participants receive high‑quality learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate training programs, aligning calendars with client needs.
• Manage training facilities, equipment, and resources to support seamless delivery.
• Supervise administrative staff, monitor performance, and maintain accurate training records and reports.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of training materials.
• Collaborate with consultants, trainers, and clients to identify training needs and gather participant feedback.
• Promote the center’s offerings and support business‑development initiatives.
• Implement policies and procedures that uphold Arcadia’s standards and strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a training center or educational program, including daily operations and resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to supervise teams and foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Amman and manage multiple priorities with integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM and scheduling tools.
