Utilities Cell Lead

About the role

The Utilities Cell Lead is responsible for ensuring all factory utilities operate efficiently to support production of multiple brands. You will manage utilities equipment, oversee the Energy Daily Management System (DMS), and drive continuous improvement in line with JTI and IWS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve factory utilities equipment and Energy DMS compliance.
• Support sub‑teams in meeting production targets while adhering to EHS guidelines.
• Coordinate maintenance and mechanical modifications with internal teams and external contractors.
• Allocate workforce and take prompt actions to meet production demand.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and technical knowledge development for the team.
• Identify training needs, plan assessments and communicate requirements to superiors.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 4‑5 years of experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong budget planning, troubleshooting and project management capabilities.
