Video Editor

About the role

VUE Film Studio is seeking a creative and technically proficient Video Editor to join its on‑site team in Amman. You will transform raw footage into polished, high‑impact content that meets client visions across TV commercials, podcasts, corporate films, and social media reels.

Key responsibilities

• Edit a variety of video projects, including TV ads, podcasts, corporate films, and social media reels.
• Manage the full post‑production workflow from assembly and rough cuts to final delivery.
• Collaborate with directors and producers to ensure narrative and aesthetic goals are achieved.
• Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and color grading to enhance the final product.
• Optimize all content for multiple platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and television.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio or showreel.
• Deep understanding of storytelling, rhythm, and visual composition.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site at our Amman studio.
• Strong collaborative skills and openness to constructive feedback.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (software mastery).
• After Effects (preferred).
• Color grading.
• Basic sound mixing.
