Virtual CPR Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an engaging Virtual CPR Trainer to deliver live online sessions on CPR, First Aid, and related healthcare topics. This fully remote position allows you to share life‑saving knowledge with learners worldwide while using interactive video‑conferencing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live virtual training sessions on CPR, First Aid, and other healthcare subjects.
• Use video‑conferencing platforms to create an engaging, interactive learning environment.
• Adapt training methods to suit individuals, groups, and professional audiences.
• Stay current with industry best practices and certification standards.
• Assess participant understanding through Q&A, quizzes, and discussions.
• Provide constructive feedback to ensure knowledge retention.
• Assist in updating and developing training materials as needed.

Required profile

• Instructor‑level certification in CPR, First Aid, or related healthcare training (e.g., AHA).
• Prior experience delivering training in a virtual environment.
• Strong English communication and presentation abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup (camera, microphone, quiet space).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
• Experience using Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
