About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

Greet and seat customers, present menus and explain daily specials.
Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
Deliver orders to the correct tables and check for customer satisfaction.
Assist in preparing the dining area, including setting tables and refilling condiments.
Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to provide a smooth dining experience.

Required profile

Proven experience as a waiter, waitress, or similar role.
Good knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while staying calm under pressure.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
