Wall Painter for Hotel Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Wall Painter to join our hotel maintenance team. You will be responsible for keeping guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces looking fresh and inviting through high‑quality painting and decorative finishing work.

Key responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior wall painting, touch‑ups, and decorative finishes across the property.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, filling cracks and applying primers.
• Ensure colour matching and finish quality meet brand standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests related to paint defects.
• Maintain tools, equipment and materials in a clean, safe condition.
• Follow health, safety, fire and environmental regulations when handling paints and chemicals.
• Minimise guest disruption by keeping work areas tidy and protected.
• Assist the Engineering team with additional maintenance duties as needed.

Required profile

• High school certificate or vocational training in painting and decorating.
• At least 1 year of painting experience, preferably in hotels or commercial facilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Good time‑management and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts and support operational needs.
