Warehouse Keeper

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Keeper to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking inventory while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and products according to approved documents.
• Verify quantities and condition of goods, reporting shortages, damages or discrepancies immediately.
• Organize and store items in designated locations, applying FIFO/FEFO practices when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of storage areas.
• Prepare and issue materials based on approved issue orders, ensuring quantities match documentation.
• Assist with regular and surprise inventory counts and coordinate with the Warehouse Accountant on inventory movements.
• Follow warehouse safety and occupational health procedures and use material‑handling equipment safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• Previous experience in warehousing or inventory operations preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Physically capable of performing warehouse‑related tasks.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliability, organization, and commitment to a safe working environment.
