Account Manager I

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Food team in Amman. You will own and nurture relationships with restaurant partners, helping them grow and succeed on the Careem platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Drive partners’ performance through business reviews, data insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Identify and resolve partner concerns swiftly to ensure a high‑quality experience.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Support onboarding and training of new partners to set them up for success.
• Advocate internally for partner needs and work with relevant teams to drive platform improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or similar roles, preferably in tech, e‑commerce, or F&B sectors.
• Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision‑making.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
