Business Development & Sales Manager – Jordan

About the role

Allways Transfers is seeking a proactive Business Development & Sales Manager to lead growth in the Jordanian market. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with travel agencies, develop a local sales team, and turn strategies into measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales growth strategy for Jordan, acquiring new travel agency partners and expanding presence among tour operators and corporate travel companies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, increase bookings, reactivate inactive accounts, and negotiate commercial agreements with strategic partners.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the local sales team, set individual targets, monitor activities, and ensure professional account management.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, analyze customer performance, provide reports to senior management, and coordinate with operations to improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the Jordanian travel and tourism market and proven ability to acquire and manage business accounts.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Excellent Arabic and professional English communication skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to conduct regular field visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for sales reporting.
