About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves accurately processing supplier invoices, reconciling payments, and ensuring timely settlements in line with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Record and verify supplier invoices.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
- Prepare payment orders and follow up on bank transfers and cheques.
- Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve outstanding discrepancies.
- Prepare accounts payable and ageing reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Invoice processing.
- Account reconciliation.
