Analytical Research Trainee

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated Analytical Research Trainee to join its R&D team in Sahab, Amman. You will work in a supportive environment that encourages learning, collaboration, and innovation while contributing to the development of new pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Implement analytical research activities, including project initiation, experimental design, routine procedures, and reporting of issues.
• Develop basic pharmaceutical formulations and document obstacles to support timely product development.
• Summarize and critically evaluate study results, generate new hypotheses, and author technical reports.
• Participate in scale‑up and technology transfer from bench‑top to pilot scale.
• Maintain a knowledge base by tracking relevant publications and emerging technologies.
• Provide new perspectives and solutions based on multiple information sources.
