Beach Waiter/Waitress (Jordanians only)

About the role

Accor is looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join the beach team and ensure guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and memorable seaside experience. The role involves greeting guests, setting up beach stations, and maintaining high service standards throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a courteous, friendly, and professional greeting and thank them on departure.
• Set up and maintain beach beds, umbrellas, cabanas, and towels, ensuring all equipment is clean and functional.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, comments, and complaints, escalating issues to senior staff when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the beach area, reporting any suspicious or hazardous conditions immediately.
• Follow Accor’s grooming standards, service procedures, and hotel policies at all times.
• Attend mandatory meetings and perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1–3 years of experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment.
• Confident demeanor with a good command of the English language.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, outdoor setting.
