BMS Estimation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a BMS Estimation Engineer to join our team in Amman. The role focuses on translating technical BMS requirements into accurate, competitive proposals and supporting the tender process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings and project requirements.
• Develop precise BMS Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including material take‑offs and quotations.
• Select appropriate BMS controllers, sensors, valves, actuators and other field devices.
• Coordinate with suppliers for technical data and pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design and Project teams to optimise proposals.
• Support tender clarifications and participate in technical/commercial negotiations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BMS estimation or tendering.
• Strong understanding of BMS architecture and HVAC control systems.
• Ability to study specifications, drawings and tender documents.
• Good communication, coordination and attention to detail.
